Identification of training needs and a training plan:
Training is must in our project, it helps us to increase our efficiency and profit, improves the skills of employees, higher assurance, and builds up the reputation of our organization.
During the training period, we will go through a process i.e. training needs analysis (TNA). In this process, we will determine the training need of employees to make sure they are able to do work that we are expecting from them. Basically, training needs analysis gives us a direction to determine that what training we have to require to minimize the gap between employee’s present skill and the skills that we are expecting from them. Here we will discuss how we are going to recruit people and how we are going to provide training to them:
- We are going to do advertising on television, radio, an article on a newspaper, distributing pamphlets etc. As we are going to hire 50,000 people for this project so we have to conduct interviews.
- We will start hiring before the project starts and continue hiring until the end.
- We are going to contact nearby institutes and top universities so that they can suggest their best students for our project.
- We are going to hire qualified employees which have strong marketing skills.
Team-building strategies:
The right team:
A high performing group with different skills attempting to their qualities is important to achieve goals. All through the procedure, it ensures that group inspiration is high, communication is streaming both upwards and downwards and there is a feeling of possession inside the team.
Strong decision making:
Sometimes we have to take some tough decision for the betterment of the project so we need those people who are able to take a difficult decision at a right time. However, we will provide training to them.
Clear communication:
Communication is a major issue in the business line so we will hire those who have good communication skills and we will provide training on how to communicate with other stakeholders.
Be open and flexible:
Employees and leaders must have adaptable and flexible so that they can tackle each and every problem. The project execution phase reveals some unexpected problems so the employees and leaders must have to be prepared to tackle those problems and make some changes according to them.
Give credits to all:
There is no project which is successful without the efforts of the team so we have to give credits to everyone who is involved in the project whether they are in the upper post or in the lower post. By giving credits to all, it will motivate every individual and it is the best instrument to the success of the project.
